As far as I am concerned I and my fellow Hindus are 101% indigenous
Indians. And yes, I follow only Hindu history not the above mentioned.

But these discussions are anyway moot. Both the traditional so called
Hindus and tribals still follow the Indian spirit of tolerance,
inclusiveness and live and let live philosophy. Of course there are
tensions in the modern adharmic times. But that still does not remove
the fundamental truth that both products of the same system ..
whatever name you give it.
